Currently, there are two ways we ship across Lithuania:
2. Delivery via LP EXPRESS (when ordering goods we will choose the nearest LP EXPRESS self-service terminal)
At the moment we are using only one delivery moment to ship our goods abroad:
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with all the details about your shipment.
Please check if you have entered your name, address, and telephone number correctly.
Product manufacturing can take up to 7 workdays. All goods that are purchased online will be shipped within 1-3 days after production (up to 10 workdays from when the order is placed).
Delivery is free of charge if the purchase exceeds 150 EUR
If the goods are not delivered or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the buyer or due to other circumstances the seller is in all cases released from liability for violation of the terms of delivery.
The return of purchased goods
You can return the product within 14 days of receiving it.
Only products with defects purchased in our e-shop can be returned, and you must inform the retailer before returning. All products are made specially after order and cannot be returned, including underwear which cannot be returned and changed for hygiene reasons (retail rules, chapter II, section I).
The returned item must be:
Packed in suitable packaging to protect it from damage during transportation;
With all product labels.
When returning or exchanging goods the buyer must present a document of purchase (invoice, bank statement, etc.). The buyer must pay the cost of returning the product.

The money will be returned to your bank account within 14 days (Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of Lithuania)
